Tall Stacks in the Queen City

Still reeling in the aftermath of Katrina, The NATCHEZ steamed upriver to Cincinnati, the Queen City, to partake in the Tall Stacks Riverboat Festival. As a first time participant and one of three steam powered vessels offering excursions, she truly was the belle of the ball.
