Assurance Policy

Often plans change when you travel due to illness, airline delays, traffic accidents, or weather.

Ticket Assurance allows you, up 4 hours before your scheduled Event, to either:

Refund 100% of the cost of your tickets, including taxes and fees, less your assurance costs, or

Reschedule, based on availability and fare price difference, for no change fee for any reason.
